THE INSIGHT NEEDED TO HANDLE THE MOST CHALLENGING EMPLOYMENT LAW ISSUES
Owner and founder Isaac Hernandez has experience handling both sides of employment law cases. Mr. Hernandez began his career in labor and employment as a law student at the University of Arizona, when he interned for the National Labor Relations Board, Region 21, in Los Angeles, California. After graduating from law school in 2004, he worked in San Francisco for a national management-side labor and employment law firm. In 2007, he moved back home to Phoenix and continued his work representing large and small employers throughout the United States. In February 2012, Mr. Hernandez decided to start his own practice providing legal services to both employees and employers.
This insight into both sides of the legal process allows him to better understand the many nuances of employment law issues, and to provide the advice you need to understand your rights and what you may be able to reasonably expect as a result of your legal issues.
